NextGen Forge Technologies
Terms of Use — NextGen Forge Technologies
Last updated: 2 September 2026
NextGen Forge Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," "our") is an early-stage, India-based technology services business offering software development, AI integration, and technology consulting services, and operating a fee-based industry simulation internship program ("Program") for students and recent graduates. These Terms apply to the Company regardless of its business or organizational structure at any given time.
Participation in the Program, as currently structured (candidate-paid, no stipend), does not create any employer-employee relationship. The Program is educational and skill-development focused and does not entitle participants to wages, statutory employee benefits, or any guarantee of future employment with us or any third party. Should NextGen Forge Technologies in the future introduce a separate, stipend-paid internship track, that arrangement will be governed by its own distinct terms, which may carry different characteristics under applicable labor law, and will be communicated separately to participants of that track.
Program fees are collected upfront and disclosed clearly before payment. The fee covers: an official offer letter, a structured industry-style project brief, biweekly mentor meetings for the Program duration, ongoing performance feedback, a completion certificate and experience letter upon successful completion, and (for tracks of 3 months or longer) a company email account.
Candidates enrolled in a Program of 3 (three) months or more will be allocated a maximum of 2 (two) projects during the tenure of their Program.
The second project will be assigned only after: (i) successful and satisfactory completion of the first project's deliverables, as confirmed by the assigned mentor and the team administration/management, and (ii) availability of a suitable project within the candidate's chosen domain at that time.
Allocation of a second project is not guaranteed and remains subject to the above conditions being met. If no second project becomes available in the candidate's domain before the Program term ends, the Program will be considered complete based on the first project's deliverables alone.
4a. Program (internship) fees: collected upfront via our payment gateway before the Program begins, as displayed at application time. Future fee changes apply only to new applicants and do not retroactively affect participants who have already paid.
4b. Client project fees: for software development, AI integration, and consulting engagements, payment is due upon completion of the agreed project or milestone, as specified in the individual service agreement, proposal, or invoice for that engagement, unless a different payment schedule (e.g., milestone-based advance) is agreed in writing.
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy, part of these Terms. Client project engagements are governed by the payment and cancellation terms in the applicable service agreement, not by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
(a) Program materials, project briefs, and mentorship content remain our intellectual property.
(b) Work product created by a Program participant as part of an assigned Program project is assigned to NextGen Forge Technologies upon creation, in consideration of the Program access, mentorship, and certification provided. Participants retain the right to reference and describe this work on their personal resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn, and to keep a personal copy for non-commercial demonstration.
(c) Intellectual property in client project deliverables is governed by the applicable service agreement for that engagement.
(d) If you disagree with the Program IP assignment, contact us before your project begins to discuss alternatives.
Participants must not share confidential project materials or mentor communications outside the Program. Breach may result in termination of Program access, with the refund policy governing any applicable refund.
All documentation, project briefs, and project PDFs issued by the Company to a Program participant are the confidential and proprietary property of NextGen Forge Technologies. Such materials are provided solely for the participant's individual use during the course of the Program and must not be copied, distributed, published, uploaded, or shared publicly or with any third party, in part or in full, through any medium including but not limited to social media, public forums, file-sharing platforms, or personal websites.
Any unauthorized disclosure, publication, or distribution of such confidential materials shall be treated as a serious breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to take strict action against the concerned participant, including but not limited to immediate termination of Program access, forfeiture of certification, and pursuit of appropriate legal remedies available under applicable law.
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific career outcome.
We accept client engagements from outside India. Currency, payment method, and delivery terms for international engagements are set out in the individual service agreement or proposal. These Terms and all engagements are governed by the laws of India regardless of the client's location.
We accept Program applicants from outside India. These Terms apply in full to international applicants, in addition to any Program-specific guidance provided at application stage.
